Saturday: My first day off for this week. Yay me! I've been working my ass off since Monday as usual and I'm quite sick of it actually. I won't talk about that on this post, maybe I'll create another post for that because this post is meant to be a happy post!
Anyway, my older sister, asked me around this afternoon if I wanted to have dinner with her at Pancake House in Garden City. Of course I said yes as there's no reason for me to say no. She came home from work around 3pm, and originally I was kind of worried that she may be tired and might cancel the dinner date because she started at 5am. So I asked her if she was still OK with the plan, and we ended up still going.
On our way to Garden City, it was pouring hard! We were on the motorway where the speed limit was 100km/h but we were like driving at 90km/h just for you know, safety measures. It was pretty scary to be quite honest. I might just add that the cars behind us were speeding up, like over 100km/h even on that condition! Well, too bad we ain't racing them to death. They can go ahead of us. I was also scared because my sister was saying stuff like "crap, the road is slippery and my tires are slipping. I was like, "OMG can you like not scare me? how many times have you driven in this kind of weather anyway?" She said today was the first! ( ºΔº ) Thank God we arrived safely.
Once we arrived at Pancake House, we ordered Chicken Crepe, Bananarama pancake and Chocolate Jewel pancake.

The chicken crepe was freaking amazing and definitely worth the price! So if any of you are going to Pancake House for breakfast, lunch or dinner, try this. My sister already had eaten this before and recommended it so I ordered one as well just to try it myself.
Bananarama pancake was also good! It was our first time trying this. Compared to Chocolate Jewel, it is less sweeter and you don't get sick of the taste after a while. We had a bit of a trouble eating the Chocolate Jewel because it was also falling apart when it's not supposed to be like that, argh! Though the chocolate ice cream on top of it was very creamy~ yuuuummm~
We were talking about uni stuff how she wants to start uni and so do I. We talked about how working in deli isn't fun anymore like how it used to be. We talked about my cousin and how messy her life is right now. She's a nice girl but pretty hard to deal with. Back to our food, sadly we weren't able to finish the pancakes because we got too full quickly by the crepe. I paid the dinner and sis said she might pay half, but I probably won't ask for the payment till later (when I need the money lol). It was quite costly but it's fine for me to spend that much once in a while (not always) and besides it's food. I'd probably be more guilty if I spend that much on material things like clothes etc. It's our parents who taught us that we can spend as much money as we like on food, and be smart when it comes to spending money on material things. (Love you parents!)
It was spitting on our way home which was better than the condition in the afternoon. We were singing inside the car and stuff so it was nice because the atmosphere was completely different from when we were on our way to Garden City! We also had to pick up our brother from work on the way home.

I was taking mirror selfies but they all turned out bad. I just suck at taking pictures. I wonder why...Anyway, here is my outfit and sister's outfit tonight.

I was too lazy to pick out what to wear so I ended up wearing a plain tank top, highwaisted jeans and flats. It was only a quick dinner anyway; 2 hours outside; you don't have to look fancy for that long. And it was pretty hot since it's summer, so yeah comfortable outfit FTW!
After the OOTD session, we watched Beverly Hills Chihuahua 3 with the family at home. Pretty funny movie i must say. Following that was Prometheus. I don't even know how to explain this movie. It was a good movie and some scenes might be a little bit disturbing but that's how it is.
Auntie and Uncle came to visit us at home in the middle of watching Prometheus. They attended an 18th party of some girl and dropped by at ours on their way back. I also played a little with my uncle's necktie. I was trying to tie it properly to see if I can still do the proper tie. I actually remembered how to do it without stuffing up! I guess it was the muscle memory. After all, it has been a year since I last did it. I suddenly missed highschool TBH º·(˚ ˃̣̣̥⌓˂̣̣̥ )º·˚ oh youth~
Anyway, it's like 2am right now and I still need to get up early later becasue we have to do a washing machine shopping since the one we have broke done. I even have to do the laundry tomorrow...but how? I can just handwash my work uniform...Yay! ¬_¬ I'm going to read few oneshot manga before I end my Saturday night. I honestly don't know how to end a post.
